Club Access Tags
Everyone is reminded that they must have a Club tag to access the Clubhouse. With our COVID-19 Safety Plan requirements any member entering the Clubhouse must “tag in”. Members with tags are not permitted to let any other person into the Clubhouse. This is a requirement to ensure we have a record of anyone who has been on the premises. The policy is simple NO TAG – NO ENTRY. Disciplinary sanctions will be imposed on any member breaching this important safety requirement.

If you have lost your tag you will need to pay $30 via your SLSA portal and request a new tag via the following link: https://forms.monday.com/forms/09d040423ea689e5613545672f4adbd6

Please indicate in the notes if you require a key fob or a wristband type (both are waterproof). For wristband tag request please measure across your wrist (tags are 50mm, 55mm, 60mm, etc) & let us know the size. Replacement tags will be issued within 2 working days (after payment) & will be posted to you.
