With our new facilities we have ensured all items are covered to provide a fully tailored experience for your staff / conferences / training days / meeting. We can provide Audio Visual, Catering and Setup according to your requests.

Our Audio Visual options are varied and can accommodate most requirements. For those outside our parameters we can either arrange an external hiring company or you are welcome to manage this yourself.

Furniture

With our new facilities we have ensured all items are covered to provide a fully tailored experience for your staff / conferences / training days /meetings. Select furniture is inclusive of the room hire plus additional options of hiring if required.

Catering

We can provide catering packages for smaller numbers with fresh barista coffees being delivered to your conference room or have an option of a fully catered formal conference via our preferred caterers (quotes provided on request).

Otherwise, you are welcome to arrange your own.

Notes

  • All invoicing is done via NBSLSC
  • Additional items (or on confirmation – replacements) are available – see attached menu.
  • Any additional coffees/juices ordered will simply be added on the per head cost and invoiced after the event along with the general invoice via NBSLC.
