North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club (NBSLSC)’s primary concern is the safety and support of its members. As such, NBSLSC has policies and procedures in place to assist members who have enquiries, concerns or complaints about harassment, abuse or inappropriate behaviour.

Several club members are trained as Member Protection Information Officers (MPIOs) and are available to provide information and guidance to any member. The role of MPIOs is to listen to complaints and concerns from members, and provide information about the rights, responsibilities and options available to an individual.

Natasha Fry is the Head MPIO for the 20/21 season.
