On the 15-16th November a team of 12 NBSLSC Masters ladies are participating in the 24 hour swim raising funds for Ocean Heroes. Ocean Heroes is a charity that provides opportunities for kids on the Autism spectrum to have a go at surfing in a supported, safe and inclusive environment – because everyone should be able to enjoy the ocean. Ocean Heroes run surfing days at various beaches, including Bondi, and a number of our club members have also volunteered at these events.
