What Happens Next?

To keep everything shipshape and in line with our Club Constitution, our volunteer committees process applications in a few structured steps:

• Step 1: Committee Review – The Membership Committee meets once a month to review all pending applications and requests.

• Step 2: Board Approval – Recommendations are then sent to the Board of Management for final endorsement at their monthly meeting.

• Step 3: Notification – Once the Board approves the paperwork, the Membership Committee will reach out to you directly with the outcome.

A quick note on timing: Because we rely on monthly meeting cycles, the process can take a few weeks. We truly appreciate your patience while we give your application the care and attention it deserves!
